Is there data on where people tend to move most often after living in a given city? A Markov Decision Process type transition probability model?
Eg, I think SF —> {Portland, Seattle} is common. Now I’m realizing Seattle <—-> Los Angeles is duplex common. I’m told SF —>LA is
