Is there data on where people tend to move most often after living in a given city? A Markov Decision Process type transition probability model?
Eg, I think SF —> {Portland, Seattle} is common. Now I’m realizing Seattle <—-> Los Angeles is duplex common. I’m told SF —>LA is 📈

You’d think the Bayesians would have priored this to death already. The most salient data for where to go next is where people tend to go... whether you want to buck the trends or follow it. I almost want to do this as a survey myself.

Not exactly what you want, but:

Presumably you want a set of conditionals, something like traffic from Seattle to xyz, not just the traffic to xyz? But we take what we can get regarding data.
