I think you have different models of podcast production that yield different subcultures: Patreon funded, medium sized podcast network, large podcast network, independent celebrity podcasts. Don't know if anyone has explored that

Is there a RADIO culture? Is there any commonality between ROKK-81, NPR, and Rush Limbaugh? So is there a "podcast culture"? I don't see it.
