Ranting about “broken” systems full of seemingly very dumb people is a sign you’re in a complex system and not dealing well with it because you’re bringing non-complex-systems thinking to your experience. Ranting may help force system to do what you want but it will cost you.

You will also worsen your understanding of the complex system with each ranting response, making your next interaction that much dumber, forcing more energetic ranting. It’s a vicious cycle that ends with apes furiously banging on a completely opaque system they don’t understand.
