Car was making a horrible metallic squeaky noise near front right wheel but it stopped after reversing/turning back and forth a couple of time. I assume it was a bit of gravel caught up in the brake or something? Should I be concerned?

“Horrible metallic squeak” can be the metal tab on the brake pad scraping the rotor once the pad is worn down. If it comes back, you are likely due for pad replacement. Front right can also be a stuck caliper, since right-side driving countries expose FR tire to puddles more oftn

if it came and went so quickly, it's probably just something stuck and then left, yeah. if it's a chronic wookie sound, it could be a hub or CV joint
