No, turning off retweets doesn't turn off likes, unfortunately. If someone likes too much annoying stuff, the only solution is to unfollow. The script to turn off retweets for everyone is here:https://lifehacker.com/how-to-disable-all-retweets-on-twitter-1823550038 …
