Isn't that also survivorship bias? "Survivorship" doesn't mean success per se, it means "passed through the filter that created this data set"

Spot on! By definition it is negative survivorship bias, or non-survivor bias. Investopedia calls it reverse survivorship bias. In scientific publishing they use the term 'file drawer' problem for bias caused due to unsuccessful studies being filed away rather than published.
