I’m kinda glad I mostly got wanderlust out of my system. I’ve sampled maybe 30% of the world along cultural and natural-geographic dimensions and there’s not much left that I’m genuinely curious enough about that it’d be worth the hassle of visas and new languages. Africa maybe.

I’d be very unhappy if I were 22 and restless to see the world right now as I was circa 1997 when I first left India.

My first big trip out of the US was to Africa (2 years in the Peace Corps). Every other trip has been fairly un-life-altering since then.
