Planning a move to a new city in a new state for the first time in 7 years, hitting me forcefully how much I’ve kinda settled into a rut, even though I’ve moved 4 times within Seattle. Just did the same after being in the same place for 1.5 years. Took a few weeks of activation energy, but once I went Marie Kondo on my stuff and packed my car, it was full nomad again. Feels good to be unsettled again.
