      All you gotta do is start with wΔz=cov(wᵢ,zᵢ)+E(wᵢΔzᵢ), and keep in mind that – ∆z̄ = Σ(∆qᵢ)zᵢ + Σq′ᵢ (∆zᵢ), so we'll get the localized communism from the second term. Details are left as an exercise for the motivated reader. 😀
