This is definitely a kinder, gentler take on productivity, which is sorely needed. But it also seems like a very scarcity-driven mindset. Defining a person's capacity at the outset as a fixed number of identical units just feels...sad

using that analogy - I find it may likely be that there "seems" to be a limit at the outset but momentum either creates more post it's (If you use them) or less (if you don't) - so it's more dynamic
