The underground internet is really inefficient. It consists of people cutting/pasting urls from one private context to another: slack, FB groups, dms, messengers. Or private <—> public It’s like how surface croads are point-to-point by car, but subway use needs on-foot transfers

The concept of “clipboard” is severely under-productized. We ridiculously overuse screenshots as well. Serious defeaturing of content for stable portability. Notebooks and highlighters aren’t sharing focused. Plus any mechanism that relies on a trusted 3rd party SaaS is weak.

I think personal anon-blockchain of context-permissioned, addressable, searchable, interlinked clips. Disqus came architecturally close with its commenting system, but required publishers to cooperate with no incentive to do so. Plus it was public rather than underground.
