Maybe it’s just me, but people who still use ‘Sent from iPhone’ sigs strike me simultaneously as old-fashioned/aging boomer and make me feel guilty emailing them, like I’m wasting the time of someone very busy and always on the move

I think that’s an idiosyncratic reading. To me and people I know, it means “lousy keyboard, small screen, so sorry this is short, curt, and sounds rude”.
