Each story is the narrative arc of getting unstuck, from How To Fall Off The Wagon!

For instance, column 4 is the narrative arc of the habit oriented disruptor (hacker); column 2 is the values-oriented reformer (legalist)

Except column 4 is investigator, not hacker... hacker is column 1. But they're frenemies so real close

The rows also have a logic to them... each is a phase from the double freytag triangle in tempo :)

Hah so close! I think I've reread that post more than any of your others actually so it was pretty easy to choose. The model holds up.
Hmm I didn't know this was something you're working on. Hope I get a taste of this at refactor camp.
Admittedly, I still haven't read tempo :D

Please, do consider using machinations.io to model the game. (not an ad - I just think it seems like the best tool for formal game mechanism design & simulation in general.)
