Can you expound on what these proteinaceous snacks are? Serving size etc.

I oversimplified. I do track overall portions/calories, but linchpin of the Adams diet is turning lunchtime into a snacktime in my head. Usually a yogurt cup, a banana, perhaps some walnuts/a cookie. Calorie-wise it is the same as a light lunch (~250-300) but mentally, a snack
