Came back to Europe 3 days ago & been nonstop thinking about this emergent community we're part of. Because there _is_ a community. What is it about?
I started trying to write down what I see as our shared values (?), making people peers across geographies.
What do you think?

I wrote a massive article in last 3 days about this whole experience in the past 18 months but then became worried it would be counterproductive: it could "fix" something delightfully flexible and natural & may seem elitist/exclusive which is exactly the opposite of what it is.

A massive article would probably do exactly that, but the right explicit documentation might “unfix” your experiences in a fertile way, so seems a pity not to try. Maybe a list of manifesto style bullet points is what you need? Something like en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Spac

Thanks!! Compiling all the links now into a mini-library.
Here's my dilemma:
1. I want to do more & regular community work (UK/SF) bc it's wanted & needed. How much do we need contours for defining values, solve financials, etc.?
2. This is emotional & any definition may ruin it

Hard to make suggestions because I have literally no idea what this is about beyond the cryptic tweets and event/travel photos from you and
Chicken-egg problem. Until you share at least a minimal view, only those who participated in whatever you did can help you think
