I have an unproven hunch that people who are working on projects which they find personally meaningful don’t spend time reading about lifehacks for improving their productivity. Those activities may be covering up deeper problems.

Most productivity nerds I know aren’t workaholics. Quite the opposite. They seem to try to solve for effectiveness, including effective leisure. Workaholics tend not to nerd out about productivity tools.
