is #38 based on keeping things in your control? that one seems to be opposite of most of the material I read online (which usually goes outcome > "weekly/monthly" > hourly > FFP)

I'm not sure many people that preach "outcome based" would also be okay with not getting paid if they didn't deliver, so it feels slimy and unethical in a SITG sense I want the upside when I generate a good outcome, but I want the safety net of credit for time spent if it fails
