If every person documents properly and the general lifecycle of the deliverables is more or less known, then sure why not.

You do realize that those IFs make no sense? Back when I was doing either physics or programming for Apple, getting into "the zone" took two or three hours, and a disruption cost two or three of productivity. The most productive way to work was isolated, and go for 16 hrs.
