The concept of one-rep max (ORM) from weight-training is interesting, particularly if you think about what activities you do and do not ever attempt true ORMs. Try applying it to your main activities besides literal weight training for interesting insight.

No worries there, I completely and awfully suck at weight training and hate doing it. Bad form, embarrassingly low weights, poor discipline :D Only do it because doctor gave me dire Middle-Aged Health Warnings. But it does offer many very interesting lessons/analogies
