The concept of one-rep max (ORM) from weight-training is interesting, particularly if you think about what activities you do and do not ever attempt true ORMs. Try applying it to your main activities besides literal weight training for interesting insight.

Now, both a and b are plummetting, so that's why I'm trying to systematically do 0.7 ORM type writing. Hence blogchains and such. Also, it's more like cardio than weights now.

In all other areas of life I basically don't do anything that even looks like strength training under even the most generous interpretation.
