yeah, nothing I want done needs $ capital beyond what I can manage myself... only s/w labor :)
FOSS bootstrapping: the two words you want to take from are "plausible promise".
This requires both more, and less, than production worthy SW skills.
I am absorbed with my own project right now; it's FOSS, will bring out into the light "soon".
I have hopes for it.
