What is the most subversive but still strictly legal (both letter and spirit) use of money? The use pattern that most undermines its efficacy as an economic instrument?

In Venezuela we were paying 3x face value for cash. Like Bs100 cash would cost Bs300 by bank transfer to buy it from someone that earned cash.
So for example if eggs cost 100, they'd charge only 60 if u paid cash. Then they'd sell the 60 cash for 180 🤷🏼♀️ Now our cash is worthless

Does it have to be negative/destructive use?
If not I'd say charity.
Charity completely defies the nature and purpose of money. (In a good way.)

Payday lending aka usury. A person saddled with high interest debt can't put their money toward goods/services of actual value, instead they have to pay stupidly high interest. Payday lenders steal consumer spending + prevent future responsible borrowing via ruined credit
