Is there a name for the philosophical stance that nobody really knows anything? Not solipsism since this is one category more extreme.

Subtle difference: agnosticism is the belief that the ultimate nature of reality is unknowable. This says something weaker: reality may be knowable but it so happens that nobody knows anything about it here and now
