Instagram is one of those things that’s anti-addicting for me. I have negative desire to figure it out and no natural taste for it.

It’s because there’s no deeper layer or underlying game. It’s completely self apparent how and why to use it

I've tried several times to atleast be a passive consumer of content in Instagram, but I guess that's the challenge - the "content" there is largely narrow in appeal! Strangely, I find TikTok more adapted for lean-back consumption.

I feel strongly this way myself. It feels like there is no content on the site, and like any interaction and engagement is too shallow to be meaningful.
