In what ways would this be distinct from "fear of being held accountable" or "fear of having responsibilities"? They seem related but different based on my line of thinking.

True leadership is a special hell of uniquely thankless responsibility: that of supplying meaning for others’ lives. You have to want a particular heaven badly enough for it to be worth the cost burden of expectations.
