I like this! Puts a better grip on thinking of a truth within the larger context of impermanence as well. E.G. "the sun rises everyday" truth fits nicely in a time bound

Eric Brewer defined partitions as “a time-bound on communication”, which has gnawed at me for maybe similar reasons. *When* must a delayed reply be counted as a failure? Truth has a similar quandary at scale. If not immediately resolved, it’s still bound to a frame of reference.
