Is there a condition like aphantasia (inability to visualize mental images) but for spoken language? A no-inside-voice condition? Aconfabula?

This question is so funny to me because aphasia is relatively common due to strokes. I've never heard of aphantasia!

Aphasia is complete loss of speech though right? Not just inner speech.

Yes. All language. Sorry missed that condition. No idea if there's a name for no inner monologue. But I know some extroverts who seem to process everything explicitly.
