Used to do the Times of India one in college. Recently did the NYT one for a while, but it's only occasionally and partially cryptic. Is there a good brit one you recommend? Medium hard/not too UK-centric, and preferably free?

Read even more classic literature than you do, especially humor, especially Wodehouse and also be slightly dyslexic.

I finished almost all Wodehouse as a teenager

Absolutely this, and especially read poetry aloud. Many times there are subtler word plays than simple rhymes going on, but they can be missed if we forget poetry is primarily a spoken, not a written art.

Joseph Kahn made a great battle rap movie, came out last year on YouTube Premium, called Bodied. Highly recommended.
