If someone instantaneously replaced all the atoms in your body with a different set of atoms with isomorphic quantum states would you even notice?

I would notice that the no cloning rule of quantum states had been violated. I'd just know.

I'm just assuming that if you replace with the same state you'd have to know what the original one was but I could very easily just be pretending to know what I'm talking about.

That’s why I said isomorphic just to add a bit more plausibility to wildly implausible thought experiment. Maybe rotate all quantum states by the same angle or something so no bits are lost but the states are not the same.
