I think you got it exactly right. Constantly evolving perpetual beta is the correct way to launch a course these days. It’s like a lifetime subscription with a high, but one-time entrance fee

If it was like, linear algebra, it could be wrapped up in one shot

Right. It will only get better with time, past customers will feel overdelivered on, and new customers will come upon a treasure trove of resources

But charging for what’s already up rather than what might get added takes the pressure off, which was why I chose the model. I can quit anytime without underdelivering on promise.
I don’t work well under “content debt pressure” so to speak.
