What do I mean?
Counter intuitive but true in my (short) experience: we suffer about the things we care about.
Caring too much about either money, fame or love will make you feel poor, unknown or lonely.

Part of growing up is deciding what to care about; and accepting the suffering that it implies.
Right now I really care about doing something useful. I must therefore accept the feeling of having never achieved anything worthy.
