/ Each outgoing branch is a major area of life: Fun, Purpose, Nature, Community, Spiritual, Health, Learning, Finances, Family, Creative, Business, Home, Presence. Just stream of consciousness wrote down everything I could think of that I wanted to have or be

/ Thinking 7 years out was a big change. Basically anything is possible. It helped me think in terms of “being” and not so much “doing,” which is the usual 1-year horizon I focus on

/ Also, I wanted to bring it out of the computer and neat spreadsheets, and make it a little more embodied and physical. Having it all visible in one holistic view is powerful. That’s my life

/ Actively pursued goals went on green post-its, stalled ones on yellow, and inactive ones in red. Made me realize that this is going to be a year of intense focus on writing the book, unlike last year when I pursued a million things

/ Learning from last year was that there’s a fine line between focusing and fixating. Fixating on short term goals without considering outcomes is narrow minded. I hope this map keeps me more centered on the ultimate life I want to create
