I need a personal stagnation philosophy more than I need a personal growth philosophy. After all I spend a lot more time stagnating than growing. On average about 75% of the time in adulthood. I’ve found you can’t force the pace of growth so you might as well enjoy plateaus.

Stagnation can be confused for waldenponding. More like marination / chrysalisification towards next "great thought cycle".
