When I write things that need a lot of lumpenresearch, I hate going back and forth between google/doc. I’d like a semantic autocomplete assistant, like Alexa but powered by escaped research fill-in-the-blank stubs.

Like, I type “As Ursula Le Guin wrote in Dispossessed (\YEAR). ‘The search for pleasure is \...” and it looks the stuff up in real time, offering fitb where possible, and making educated guesses about quote blocks and things.

You should probably be able to pay a grad student or postdoc to hang out in the doc with you and do those little tasks. Humans are top notch
