I need a new life clock. “Words written” isn’t doing it anymore though it lasted a million or so. “Places visited” was worked till about 100 before that 🤔

It’s connected to a slew of other habits. Lifting weights. Reducing or giving up sugar. Cooking at home. Walking. Etc.

Do you mean as in core muscles? hmm. I occassionally do planks in yoga class but I don’t do anything specifically targeting abs like Pilates or crunches.
“Abs” are just a synecdoche.
Noticed that once a person sets and attains a desired level of physical fitness that exceeds any prior best, it goes towards the Maslow’s-heirarchy and percolates into the rest of the stack.
