I'm sure if you looked there are, there are ETFs for just about any class of assets. They're stable, they won't give you a ton of growth but they aren't likely to tank.

$XLU is the largest etf utilities fund -
Utilities are the one sector that is trading above their historical long-term average P/Es. Rising interest rate environments will be difficult for them. Buying utilities now is a play on disinflation.
