The idea of spreadsheeting all of it makes me tired, even though I actually do most of the habits he listed. I have an enormous “blah” resistance to using any system that requires daily management.

I find these types of systems interesting... but they tend to help you build habits so well that it just becomes... A habit. The system never updates as fast as what you find important changes. Maybe worth it anyways, but I'm interested in how he might deal with dropping habits.

I'd say we could probably all get most of the benefit by tracking only 3-5 things and keeping that list purposely small.
