What are some good digital-hygiene ideas that are *not* derived from “reduce-screen-time” genre of withdrawal/Waldenponding tactics?
Examples:
- Never RT a link without scanning it first
- Make a blacklist of words to avoid using
- Disengage from beef-only thinkers

Welcome to beef-only thinking.
For some people it ain’t real if it ain’t a fight-or-flight context.

My working theory is they’re unhappy in proportion to beef-onliness and compensate with unbridled hedonism during downtime.
If yang = 100% fight/flight, yin becomes 100% feed/fuck.
(feed including alcohol, drugs)
Not all your examples fit my remote-diagnostics criteria though.

Fooled by Beefiness? 😋
Epistemologically, beef-only is like weaponized critical theory...?
What's weaponized positivism?(competitive lab studies? Crispr wars)
...and interpretivism (Culture wars?)
