I think you'll have to invert it to make it teachable. Take a scenario from their life where context has been stripped and misappropriated to show how context matters.

Teaching a 1yo when it is and when it is not ok to throw rocks is one of the hardest things to explain as a parent at this age. I'm not sure that it's scalable without a set of ancillary tools such as "abstraction" and "empathy"
