In the Spiritual But Not Religious world, some people talk about God as “Mystery” or “Other”.
Some talk about God as “Spirit”, “Energy” or “Life”.
Some talk about God as “Divine Individual”.
I think all of these are true.
And if you hold them all together, that’s the Trinity.

Depends on the tradition. But frequently, yes.
“God the Father” is a kind of absolute transcendence.
“God the Spirit” is manifestation of divine action in the world, our selves, our communities.
“God the Son” is God-as-Human, that all humans are to embody.

I've wondered about that, but haven't found anyone doing an in-depth comparison. And I wouldn't know where to start reading on my own.
