I made up Bob the God of Parking (he rules the spaces in between). A kindly god that manifests as someone leaving a spot right near the entrance of wherever you're going. He asks for no sacrifice, merely a 'thank you Bob!' when you get a park.

Distantly related question: Have you read Jaynes’ Origin of Conciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind? If yes, thoughts? Do you find it compelling/plausible/likely-to-be-true?

Isn’t that just Wikipedia, for certain definitions of “accurately”? Ordo you mean even stuff we have no way of knowing, like what Julius Caesar are for breakfast on a specific day. Like a time travel/viewing owl.
