Haven’t been able to afford a full day like that in I don’t know how long. But when I need a couple of hours of total mental rest I watch some war documentary.

Waking when I feel fully rested, drink a 50cl bottle of water, take a shower, set-up a podcast I'll watch/listen to in the afternoon, browse Twitter with some music on, have lunch, take a walk if feeling a bit sluggish, otherwise listen to podcast and browse YouTube.

Sometimes the podcast is a book or a videogame.
