Basically every transaction should, in the limit, be like a corporation with equity held by everybody who contributed to the initial trust that allowed it to happen.

the analogy gets confused as soon as I try to extend it. are there officers? how is the equity distributed and what stops the majority holder from rolling back or double spending? if its equally distributed what stops the minority holder from blocking refunds?
