20s: Learn to be effective. Solve for avoiding futility (effort classifiable as ‘wasted’ a priori)
30s: Learn to be productive. Solve for raw energy. NOT efficiency: that’s for robots
40s: Learn to act with nerve. Solve for consequentiality. I have 6y left to figure out how 
you might be in trouble. aging hits productivity much more than it hits nerve or effectiveness.

Actually all that somewhat a reaction to teens being mostly about decontextualized productivity… not too worried since I've been down that road a fair way and it's the least interesting trip around.
