Been doing a bit of physical therapy for a few weeks for a nagging ankle sprain. First exposure to sports medicine stuff. I kinda wish this sort of injury prevention/preventive maintenance discipline were been part of routine school/college education.

PT is more common in Europe. Here in the US, unfortunately, pain relief is a more common modality because fixing the source of injuries costs more (in the short-term) than pills.
