When white female feminists specify ‘white male’ over just ‘male’ in a criticism, what’s the idea?
a) WMs are the main problem
b) Being W is a problem for the Ms but not the Fs being critical
c) Non-W Ms are not a structural problem because WFs outrank them socially
d) ?

I get the sense many choose focus of ‘white’ rather than because they’re norm-prevented from taking on MoC. Also unqualified ‘men’ is different from positively race-qualified, so feels like more going on 🤔. Like there’s a Symbolic Enemy Archetype here beyond just a pointer
