Okay fitness twitter, what is the easiest way to improve ankle strength/mobility/stability? Mine seem to sprain/twist easily despite good shoes
I’m barefoot most of the time and was running in minimalist shoes for a few years until that seemed to bang up my ankles more. Now have some lightweights

Sounds like you need stronger ankles then, not more mobile. Didn’t you say you hate lifting?

I do lift, though probably not enough, and yeah I hate it
