No one has pointed out that flexibility and stability are opposite goals. Anyone who has helpful advice for you would hopefully understand that.

There’s a good article on how Stephen Curry fixed his. Increase your core, hip, and leg strength, also do things like yoga.

Except he hasn’t really. Last season he was out for an extended period because of ankle issues.
