If you can easily frame a problem in a general form, it’s easy to find good insights. For example, specific difficult person in your life —> google “difficult people”
The really hard problems are the ones that are hard/impossible to frame in more general terms.

We slowly evolve the vocabulary, though, so eventually enough people are framing it in close enough terms that you can google it. This happens in programming as the libraries get more popular.

I think problems where a general case can be determined, but has not been extensively considered (perhaps due to occurring only once or twice a century) is another type of hard problem with no Google results.
