I’ve read a few personal accounts of western Anglo-Saxon type people who had occasion to live in places where call to prayer was common & in time didn’t fine it uncomfortable. I think Dawkins may have even remarked similarly.

Have you ever heard classic Chinese music? A lot of minor notes in phrases that sound odd to the Western ear. It’s not evil because we don’t like it. He’s obviously hit that point where he forgets stuff like this & just blurts words out. My dad’s there now too. It’s weird
